If something is not working

• Status shows Working normally but your app fails: see Troubleshooting; the problem is likely your connection, link or account.
• Partly degraded or Not reachable: Intellisol operations are alerted automatically. Nothing you already confirmed is lost: IDM keeps every confirmed step in its database and the apps reload it when service returns.
• Riders on a delivery: keep the item with you and keep the app open. Actions you take offline show as waiting for connection until they are sent.
