Track a delivery
The quickest way is to open the tracking link in the message you received. You can also paste it here: the manual asks IDM for the current status and explains what it means.

Where to find your link
- Senders: your delivery page becomes your tracking view after you dispatch. You may also receive a separate tracking link.
- Recipients: the link in your SMS shows the delivery's progress after the sender dispatches.
- Businesses (tenants): your system reads the status through the API. See Tracking and events.
What you see

| Status | One of the customer statuses. |
| Delivery reference | DX- followed by eight characters. Quote it when you contact the delivery company. |
| Delivery partner and rider | The company name, and the rider's first name while the delivery is active. |
| Vehicle | The vehicle type carrying the item. |
| Pickup and drop-off | In words, for example East Legon, Accra. The sender's view includes the pickup. |
| Expected between | An arrival window while the item travels, when IDM can estimate one. |
| Progress | Each status reached, with its time. |
Privacy
Anyone with your link can see this view. Do not post it publicly. The manual sends your link only to IDM to look up the status. It is not stored, logged or shown to the assistant.
