Apps and links
Every IDM surface works in a web browser except the rider app, which is a phone app. None of the customer pages needs an account or an installed app.
| Surface | Who | How to open it | Installed name |
|---|---|---|---|
| Delivery request page | Senders | The link your delivery company shares, ending in /request/<company-name> | Send a delivery |
| Recipient page | Recipients | The secure link in the SMS you received (/r/…) | Receive a delivery |
| Tracking page | Senders and recipients | The tracking link you were sent (/t/…) | Track a delivery |
| Dispatch | Riders | The Dispatch app your delivery company asks you to install | Dispatch |
| Delivery Partner Portal | Delivery company staff | The portal address your company administrator sends with your invitation | Delivery Partner |
| IDM Admin | Intellisol administrators | The admin address, by invitation only | IDM Admin |
| Tenant API | Business systems | https://<api host>/v1/…, signed with an API credential | — |
Installing a web app
The request, recipient, tracking and partner pages can be added to your phone's home screen. On Android in Chrome, open the menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen. On an iPhone in Safari, tap Share then Add to Home Screen. The installed app always loads the latest state from IDM; it never shows a saved copy as if it were current.
If you are offline
The installed apps open even without a connection, but they show You are offline. Nothing has been sent or changed. Reconnect to the internet, then try again. Confirmations (handover, receipt, dispatch) always need a live connection, so nothing is ever marked done on your phone alone.
Links are private
Request, recipient and tracking links are secret: anyone who has the link can open what it shows. Share them only with the people involved. Links expire. An expired, unknown or cancelled link shows the same message — This delivery request has expired. — and nothing else.
