Delivery Partner PortalInvitation from your company administratorEmail and password, and an authenticator code where required
IDM AdminInvitation from an Intellisol administratorEmail and password, and an authenticator code where required

There is no public sign-up for riders, delivery company staff or administrators. Riders exist only under a verified delivery company.

Signing in to the portals

  1. Open the invitation email and follow the link to set your password. Invitations expire; ask for a new one if yours has.
  2. Sign in with your email and password.
  3. If your organisation requires a second factor, set up an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) by scanning the code shown, then enter the six-digit code.
  4. For a few sensitive actions (activating prices, emergency controls, issuing API credentials and similar) IDM asks for a fresh authenticator code even though you are signed in. This is called step-up. Enter a new code and repeat the action.
Whether a second factor is required is a platform setting

Intellisol sets whether authenticator codes are required in IDM Admin → System settings. When they are required, every administrator and delivery company operator must use one.

Sessions

Your session ends after a period without activity and after a maximum lifetime, and it can be ended at once by an administrator. When it ends you see Please sign in again. Nothing you had already saved is lost.

When sign-in fails

  • Sign-in failed — The email or password is not right, or the account cannot sign in. IDM gives the same answer for every reason on purpose. Check your email and password.
  • After several failed attempts the account is locked for a while. Wait, or ask your administrator.
  • Lost your authenticator? Ask your company administrator (partners) or an Intellisol super admin (administrators) to reset your second factor.
  • Riders: if you see If this number belongs to a rider, a code is on its way. but no SMS arrives, check the number with your delivery company. A new phone needs to be verified again.

Never share a password, an authenticator code or an SMS code with anyone, including people who say they are from Intellisol or your delivery company.
