Help

There are several ways to get an answer, from fastest to slowest:

1. Ask the manual. Type your question in your own words. The assistant answers from this manual and shows the pages it used. Press ? on any page to open it in a side panel.
2. Search with the box at the top of every page. It works offline once the page has loaded.
3. Frequently asked questions, grouped by role.
4. Troubleshooting: symptoms, causes and fixes.
5. System status: whether IDM is working normally right now.
6. Track a delivery: paste a tracking link to see the live status, explained.
7. Error messages and codes: what a message on your screen means.
8. Contact: who to talk to when none of the above helps.

At the bottom of every page you can say whether the page helped and what was missing. Those answers go to the people who maintain this manual.
