You can send an item with a connected delivery company without creating an account. All you need is the company's delivery link and a phone.

1. Send a delivery: pickup, vehicle and recipient.
2. Delivery cost and dispatch: how the fee is calculated, quote expiry and the Dispatch button.
3. Handover and following your delivery: when the rider arrives, and what happens next.
4. Bulk Delivery: one pickup, two to five recipients.
5. Cancelling: when you can cancel, and what happens.
6. Saved places: Home, Work and other places for next time.

Keep the page open, or come back to it

After you send the request to your recipient, keep the delivery page open to be alerted when they confirm. If you close it, open the same link again from the same browser: IDM shows exactly where your request stands.
