Someone has asked a delivery company to bring you an item, and you received an SMS with a secure link. You do not need an account or an app.

1. Confirm your delivery location: tell the rider exactly where to come.
2. Receive the item and confirm receipt: what to do when the rider arrives.
3. Report a problem: the wrong item, damage or another issue at the door.

Is the SMS genuine?

A genuine message names the sender and contains a link. It never asks for a password, a PIN, mobile money or card details. If in doubt, ask the sender directly.
