Riders — the Dispatch app

Dispatch is the rider app. It shows your delivery company's name at the top, with Infrastructure by Intellisol underneath. It has four tabs: Home, Deliveries, Earnings and Profile.

The app is built for the road: one main screen, one big button that says exactly what it will do, large targets you can hit with a thumb, and high contrast for sunlight.

1. Install and sign in
2. Go online and take offers
3. Carry a delivery: pickup, handover, travel, arrival, completion
4. Collect cash
5. Hand over to another rider (relay)
6. Batched and bulk runs
7. Report a delivery issue
8. Earnings, history and profile
9. Poor signal and offline

The golden rule

The app always shows what IDM has recorded. If something looks wrong, pull down to refresh. If the server disagrees with what you tapped (for example someone else accepted first), the app quietly shows the latest state; you have not done anything wrong.
