Delivery companies — the Partner Portal
The Delivery Partner Portal (installed name Delivery Partner) is where your staff run deliveries, riders, vehicles and money. It shows your company's name in the header; Intellisol appears only as Infrastructure by Intellisol.
Riders do not use the portal: Riders sign in on the Dispatch app, not here.

Your company owner invites staff. What each person sees is checked by IDM on every request; a hidden menu item is never the only protection.
What customer data you see
Enough to carry out the delivery, no more. Contact details for a job are shown only while it is active, only when you ask (Show contact details), and every view is recorded.
