Receive the item and confirm receipt

After the sender dispatches, your link (or a tracking link) shows the delivery's progress.

1. When the sender hands the item to the rider you see Your item has been handed over to the delivery partner.
2. While the rider travels the status is On the way, with an Expected between time window when one is available.
3. When the rider arrives you see Your delivery partner has arrived with your item. and the warning Only confirm after you have received your item.
4. Check the item, then tap Confirm receipt.
5. The rider completes the delivery and you see Delivery received, with the reference, vehicle, delivery company and time.

Only confirm what you have in your hands

Confirming receipt is your signature that the item arrived. If something is wrong, use Report a problem instead.

Shared deliveries

If your status reads In a shared delivery queue — position 2, the rider is carrying several deliveries on one route and yours is the second stop. You never see the other deliveries or who they are for.
