Bulk Delivery
Bulk Delivery sends items from one pickup to two to five recipients in one request. Each recipient's delivery is a full delivery of its own: its own secure link, drop-off, price, rider, tracking and receipt.
Bulk Delivery is switched on per platform and company. If you do not see Several recipients, it is not available for this company right now.
Steps
- Pickup. As for a single delivery: your name, phone, pickup area and pin. See Send a delivery.
- Add receivers. Choose Several recipients. For Receiver 1 enter first name, last name and phone (email optional). Tap Add receiver for each one more. The button disappears after the fifth. Add an optional Note for all receivers. Tap Send requests to receivers.
- Receivers confirm. Each receiver gets their own SMS and link: Your delivery is being arranged. Please confirm your delivery location using the secure link below. They never see each other.
- Watch progress. Your receivers shows a line per receiver: Location confirmed or Waiting for recipient, and when each link stops working.
- Resend link sends that receiver's link again (a limited number of times, with a short wait between resends; the screen shows how many are left).
- Remove receiver cancels that receiver: Their link will stop working and they will not receive a delivery.
- Review the total. When every remaining receiver has confirmed, tap Calculate delivery cost. Review your Bulk Delivery lists each receiver's own delivery cost and the Total delivery cost, which is simply their sum. There is no bulk discount or bulk surcharge.
- Confirm. Tap Confirm bulk delivery. One delivery is created per receiver.
- Track. The page shows progress such as 3 of 5 delivered, with a line per receiver.
Handover with several riders
Each receiver's delivery may go with a different rider, or one rider may carry several. When a rider arrives, the page lists the items for that rider: hand them over, then Confirm handover for one, or Confirm all listed.
Messages you may see

Cancelling
Cancel bulk delivery before confirming stops every receiver's link. After confirming, cancelling applies to each receiver's delivery separately: deliveries already picked up continue. See Cancelling.
