Platform fees, reminders and paused work
How the fee is worked out
At the end of each month your accounting period closes and IDM issues that month's platform fee:
platform fee = your company's earnings for the month × the fee percentage in force at the start of the month
The percentage is your company's own rate if Intellisol has agreed one with you, otherwise the general rate. The Platform fees screen shows the basis of each fee, for example GHS 12,400.00 earnings × 10% (Standard, in force from 1 Dec) (example). A rate change never alters a month that has closed.
Reminders and pausing
If a fee is unpaid, IDM sends exactly five reminders on a schedule Intellisol sets, then a short grace period. After that, new deliveries are paused for your company: you receive no new jobs and your riders no new offers.
While paused, every delivery already accepted continues. Your riders keep every action needed to finish: navigate, arrive, hand over, relay to a colleague and complete.
The pause is decided by IDM from the fee's state, not by anyone clicking anything. It lifts automatically when the fee is paid, provided your KYC is approved, your company is not suspended and there is no compliance hold. If something else remains, the portal names it, for example KYC is not approved yet.
Pay with Paystack
Only your company owner can settle (Your company owner settles platform fees.).
- On Platform fees, find the fee under Due now and tap Settle with Paystack.
- Check the dialog: You finish paying on Paystack's page. The amount is set by Intellisol from your fee and cannot be changed.
- Tap Continue to Paystack and pay.
- Back in the portal, the payment shows Waiting for Paystack until Paystack confirms it to Intellisol directly, then Paid · confirmed by Paystack.
Returning from Paystack's page is not proof of payment; only Paystack's confirmation to IDM is. If it says Payment not started (Paystack could not be reached, so nothing was charged.), try again shortly. A payment left unfinished shows Checkout expired.
