Active relays and batches
Active relays
Riders handing a delivery to another rider in your company. Escalate a relay that is stuck.
Tabs: Open relays and Finished. Each relay shows the delivery, the reason, the Handoff stage, who is Handing over and Taking over, and when it was requested.
| Handoff stage | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Waiting for a rider | The offer is out to your other riders. |
| Rider on the way | A rider accepted and is heading to the handoff (Must arrive by a time). |
| Handoff code shown | The riders are together and the code is on screen. |
| Handoff not completed | The meeting did not happen. The first rider still holds the item. |
| Handed off | Done. The new rider carries the delivery. |
| Failed · dispatch required | Nobody took it. The delivery is an exception for Intellisol operations. |
| Cancelled | The first rider kept the delivery. |
Escalate to operator alerts Intellisol operations, with an optional note. The relay and the delivery stay as they are until an operator acts.
Batches
Shared delivery runs: one rider carrying several orders in one direction. Only standard and next-day deliveries are batched; express and priority never are.
Each batch shows its status (Open, In progress, Completed, Dissolved), the rider and vehicle, Capacity used (3 of 4 orders), and its stops in delivery order with each stop's SLA headroom (12 min left, 2 min late).
Each order in a batch keeps its own price, receipt and tracking. Customers see a shared delivery queue and their position, never the other orders.
