Riders and vehicles

Riders

Tabs: All, Available, On a delivery. Each rider shows phone, status, Verification (Verified / Not verified), availability (Online, Offline, Busy), vehicle, current delivery, and acceptance and completion rates.

Only verified riders of an active company receive offers. Riders are added under your company; there is no public rider sign-up. To add or remove a rider, or to change a rider's phone, contact Intellisol if the portal does not offer it to you.

Vehicles

Each vehicle shows registration, type, make and model, capacity (items and kg), status, its rider and Mechanical relays. A vehicle with mechanical relays on record is flagged: Review the vehicle before assigning it again.
