Poor signal and offline

• No connection. We will try again. The app keeps trying in the background.
• A step you tap while offline shows Waiting for connection — not sent yet, then Sending… when the signal returns. It is never shown as done until IDM has recorded it.
• If, by the time you reconnect, the step no longer makes sense (for example the delivery was given to another rider), the app drops it and shows the latest state.
• Something went wrong. Pull to refresh. Pull down on the screen to reload from IDM.

When the app reopens after being closed or after a crash, it asks IDM for your current state: your active delivery, any live offer, your batch and any relay. Nothing depends on what the phone remembered.
