Batched and bulk runs

High-demand zones

When you are in a busy pickup area, you may see once: High-demand zone — You are currently in a high-volume pickup area and are eligible to accept up to N deliveries heading in the same direction to maximise your earnings. Tap OK.

A batched run

If you accept several compatible deliveries, Home shows Batched run with a list of stops in order: Stop 1 of 3, Stop 2 of 3… Each stop shows the recipient's area and how much time is left for it (12 min left, Less than 1 min left, 3 min late).

  • The main button is Navigate to stop N of M. Follow the order: IDM set it so every delivery stays on time.
  • Each stop is completed on its own with the normal steps: I have arrived, wait for receipt, Complete delivery. A finished stop shows Delivered.
  • Each delivery keeps its own price and earning line.

If the batch is dissolved (for example a delivery would become late), the affected deliveries return to normal dispatch and your screen updates.

A bulk delivery run

When one sender sends to several recipients and you carry more than one of them, Home shows Bulk delivery run. Each stop shows the recipient's first name, the delivery reference and its status (Going to pickup, At pickup, Picked up, On the way, At drop-off, Delivered). At the pickup, the sender hands over every item for you and confirms them together or one by one. Each stop is then completed on its own.
