Install and sign in
Before you start
- Your delivery company must have added you as a rider with your phone number. There is no public rider registration.
- Your company tells you how to install Dispatch.
Sign in
- Open Dispatch. On Sign in, enter your Phone number (for example
+233…). - Tap Send code. The app says If this number belongs to a rider, a code is on its way.
- Enter the Code from SMS and tap Sign in.
Your sign-in is tied to this phone. If you change phones, sign in again on the new one and confirm with a new code.
Allow what the app needs
| Permission | Why |

| Notifications | So you hear and see a New delivery offer even when the app is in the background (channel Delivery offers). Offers last only seconds. |
| Location | To find offers near you and to show the customer an arrival window. Location is sent only while you hold an active delivery; otherwise it stops (Location is only shared during an active delivery). |
| Camera (optional) | To scan another rider's handoff code during a relay. You can type the code instead. |
Signing out
Profile → Sign out. You will not receive offers until you sign in again. If you see Please sign in again., your session ended; sign in the same way.
If you see This app is not set up yet., the app was installed without its configuration. Contact your delivery company.
